THE SWEET LIFE: ACE’S SAMOAN-INSPIRED TATTOO

Here’s a nice Polynesian / Samoan-inspired tattoo we recently did. It’s black and gray and it came out pretty well. Our client Ace is pretty happy about it, and here’s what he has to say about it:

Samoan-Inspired Tattoo on Upper Arm|Tattoo, Frances Arbie, Female Tattoo Artist, Female, Tattoo Artist, Manila, Philippines

“I came across Arbie’s tattoo shop when I was window shopping for a new action figure toy at Greenhills Shopping Centre. When I came in a very hospitable people greeted me and educated me all I need to know about tattoos. And about the artist – right there and then I knew she can make an excellent work of my half sleeve arm tattoo.

My tattoo is inspired by a Samoan tribe design. I gave the design to Arbie and immediately she made recommendations on how to make the tattoo very different, unique and uncompromising on the meaning of art. The Samoan design symbolizes my love to my family and strength to cope up with the difficulties of life has to throw me, this always reminds me that no matter how hard life treats you do not forget that your family gives you strength to move forward. You might recognize the band on top of my shoulder in the middle symbolizes the three lovely daughters that I have, and the BEEHIVE that was recommended by the artist itself was symbol that there is always a “sweet life” waiting for you after days hard work lastly the spears in the middle symbolizes the attitude of not giving up to any hardship in life.

In conclusion, here’s what my Tattoo is all about:

MOVING FORWARD. FAMILY. STRENGTH. WISDOM and SWEET LIFE.

Arbie’s work is truly amazing, she is very dedicated to her craft and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend her to all people who wanted to have their tattoos.”
